புதுக்குடியிருப்புபொது நூலகத்தின் இணைய நூற்பட்டியல்

புதுக்குடியிருப்பு பொது நூலகமானது வடமாகாணத்தின் முல்லைத்தீவ மாவட்த்தின் புதுக்குடியிருப்பு நகரத்தில் அமைந்துள்ள பிரதான நூலகமாக விளங்குகிறது இது 1980 ஆம் ஆண்டு புதுக்குடியிருப்பு பிரதேச சபையினால் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டது ஆரம்ப காலங்களில் இந் நூலகத்தில் அhpயவகையான நூல்களும் முல்லைத்தீவூ மாவட்டத்தின் வரலாற்றுப் பதிவூகள் என மிகவூம் சிறப்பான நூற்சேகாpப்புக்களை தன்னகத்தே கொண்டிருந்தது. எனினும் நாட்டில் ஏற்பட்ட யூத்தம் மற்றும் இடப்பெயா;வூ காரணமாக நூலகமானது முற்று முழுதாக அழிவடைந்து காணப்பட்டது. மக்களின் மீள்குடியேற்றத்தின் பின்னராக புதுக்குடியிருப்பு பிரதேச சபையின் முயற்சியினாலும் தொண்டு நிறுவனங்களின் பங்களிப்புடனும் மீண்டும் நூலகமானது சுமாh; 4000 வரையான தமிழ் இ சிங்களம்இ ஆங்கிலம் ஆகிய நூல்களுட்ன சுமாh; 700 அங்கத்தவா;களுடன் தினமும் சேவையாற்றி வருகின்றமை குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது போhpனால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டு பின்தங்கியூள்ள எமது பிரதேசத்தினை நவீன சகாப்தத்தில் தற்போதுள்ள விரைவான தகவல் அணுகுகை மற்றும் தகவல் பாவனை பொன்றவற்றிக்கு ஈடுகொடுப்பதுடன் டிஜிட்டல் சேவைகளை பொது மக்களுக்கு வழங்குமுகமாக இந்நூலகத்தின் தனியங்கு நூலக சேவைகள் உருவாக்கப்பட்டிருப்பதுடன் நவீன இலத்திரனியல் சாதனங்களும் பொருத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.இவ் டிஜிட்டல் நூலக சேவைகள் இலங்கை தேசிய நூலகம் மற்றும் தகவல் தொடா.

2021 ஆம் ஆண்டில், தேசிய நூலக ஆவணவாக்கல் சேவைகள் சபையுடன் இணைந்து இலங்கை தகவல் தொடர்பாடல் தொழில்நுட்ப முகவர் (ICTA) நிறுவனத்தால் இப் பொது நூலகத்தில் "டிஜிட்டல் நூலக திட்டம்" நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்பட்டது. ஒரு மேம்பட்ட மற்றும் புதுப்பிக்கப்பட்ட நூலக தன்னியமாக்கல் அமைப்பை வழங்குவதன் மூலமும், நவீன உள்கட்டமைப்பை அறிமுகப்படுத்துவதன் மூலமும், நாட்டில் நூலக அமைப்பின் தரம் மற்றும் செயல் திறனை மேம்படுத்துவதற்கு இது அவசியமாகின்றது. தற்போது நூலகம் பொதுமக்களுக்கு டிஜிட்டல் நூலக சேவைகளை வழங்குவதற்கு நவீன இலத்திரனியல் சாதனங்களுடன் முழுமையாக பொருத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த ஆன்லைன் பொது அணுகல் பட்டியலாக்கம் (OPAC) மூலம் பயனர்கள் தேவையான புத்தகங்களை இலகுவாக தேடலாம், கண்டுபிடிக்கலாம், அதன் இருப்பிடத்தை அறியலாம் மற்றும் வைத்திருக்கலாம்.

Puthukkudiyiruppu Public Library is the main library located in Puthukkudiyiruppu, Mullaitivu District, Northern Province. It was started by the Puthukkudiyiruppu Pradeshiya Sabha in the year 1980. In the early days, the library had a rich collection of rare books as well as historical records of the Mullaitivu district. However, the library was completely destroyed due to the war and displacement in the country. It is noteworthy that after the resettlement of the people, with the initiative of the Puthukkudiyiruppu Pradeshiya Sabha and the contribution of charities, the library is again serving about 700 members daily with about 4000 books in Tamil, Sinhala and English. The library automated library services have been developed and equipped with state of the - art electronic devices to provide digital services to the general public, compensating for the rapid access to information and information available in the modern era in our war-torn and backward areas.

In 2021, The Digital Libraries Project was implemented at this public library by the Information Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka (ICTA) in collaboration with National Library and Documentation Services Board by providing an advanced and updated library automation system and introduced modern infrastructure which is in demand to improve the quality and efficiency of the library system in the country. Presently the library is fully equipped with modern electronic devices to provide digital library services to the public. Users can easily search, find, locate and hold required books through this Online Public Access Catalogue.
